Bear Witness Day and Jordan's Principle

All of our teddy bears made in support of Jordan's Principle have been given away. However, you can still make a contribution to help the Native Women's Shelter open Miyoskamin, a second stage housing resource for First Nations, Métis and Inuit women and their children. Located on the main floor of this resource will be Saralikitaaq Centre, a community social pediatric centre that will be open to Indigenous children and their families from across Greater Montreal. Head to our Events to find out how to make a donation.
Inside Out Project
The secondary 3 students at MIND have been working with Nakuset on her "Forced Indigenous Displacement" art project throughout the year. Images of Indigenous peoples from the 11 Nations of Quebec have begun to appear on buildings throughout the city. If you would like more information, or if you would like to help out in any way, please contact John.
